If we don't receive an email with your new mailing address from you, we don't have an address to send your giftcard!
How do we receive our gift card to Target?
Just like an other rebate, it must be requested. Property companies for privacy issues will not tell us your mailing address, even if we rented you the unit.
When you fill out the application for your new apartment, condo or loft, you must put Austin Cool Properties as the referral source. When you move in, you MUST send an email to targetgiftcard@austincool.com with your NEW MAILING ADDRESS, the exact rent amount you are paying, and your move date. We will mail the gift card to your new address. IT WILL TAKE 45 TO 90 DAYS AFTER MOVE-IN FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR CARD IN THE MAIL. We on average get paid 60 days AFTER your move in date and that is what triggers gift card being mailed.
You must request giftcard within 90 days of your move in date. In rare circumstances, the property company will not pay us, and if we cannot get paid, we cannot send giftcard. One giftcard per apartment.
Sorry if we sound harsh, but we have people try to scam us almost every week, and the best way for us to avoid being scammed is to wait until we get paid to send giftcard.
