How do we receive our gift card to Target? When you fill out the application for a place we found you, you must put Austin Cool Properties as the referral source. When you move in, you MUST send an email to targetgiftcard@austincool.com with your NEW MAILING ADDRESS, the exact rent amount you are paying, and your move date. We will mail the gift card to your new address. IT WILL TAKE 45 TO 75 DAYS AFTER MOVE-IN, FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR CARD IN THE MAIL. We on average get paid 60 days AFTER your move in date and that is what triggers gift card being mailed. You must request giftcard within 90 days of move in. In rare circumstances, the property company will not pay us, and if we cannot get paid, we cannot send giftcard. One giftcard per apartment.
Sorry if we sound harsh, but we have people try to scam us almost every week, and the best way for us to avoid being scammed is to wait until we get paid to send giftcard.
